特大型軸承內(nèi)圈斷裂原因分析及預(yù)防措施

摘要:軸承在安裝過程中出現(xiàn)內(nèi)圈貫穿斷裂,通過宏觀檢查、斷口分析、化學(xué)成分分析、金相檢測、材料及熱處理質(zhì)量檢測,對其斷裂原因進行了分析。結(jié)果表明:該套軸承內(nèi)圈心部存在局部鍛造過燒缺陷,該軸承在安裝受力時,沿缺陷部位貫穿斷裂。

Cause analysis and preventive measures of fracture of oversize bearing inner ring

Abstract: The fracture of inner ring occurs in the process of bearing installation, the cause of the failure was analyzed by means of macro-examination, fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, material and heat treatment quality testing. The results show that the inner ring of the bearing has a partial forging overburn defect, and the bearing breaks along the defect during installation.
