多次正火對(duì)12Cr2Ni4鋼組織性能的影響

摘要:通過(guò)對(duì)12Cr2Ni4鋼進(jìn)行兩種正火工藝試驗(yàn),對(duì)比多次正火和常規(guī)正火效果,并采用金相法檢測(cè)兩種工藝對(duì)應(yīng)的金相組織。結(jié)果顯示:在正火溫度、保溫時(shí)間相同時(shí),兩次正火處理獲得較細(xì)的珠光體組織,晶粒得到細(xì)化,鋼的強(qiáng)度、硬度得到提高。

Effect of multiple normalizations on the microstructure of 12Cr2Ni4 steel

Abstract: Through the multiple normalizing process test of 12Cr2Ni4 steel, the effect of multiple normalizing and ordinary normalizing effect were compared and analyzed, and the metallographic structure of the two processes was detected by metallographic method. When the normalizing temperature is heated and the holding time is exactly the same, the pearlite obtained after multiple normalizing is finer, the grain is refined, and the strength and hardness of the steel are higher.
