1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不銹鋼滲氮表面磨削后點狀剝落問題研究

摘要:1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不銹鋼的零件滲氮處理后,零件滲氮表面磨削后發(fā)現(xiàn)滲氮面存在點狀剝落現(xiàn)象。通過研究氮化物剝落形貌及分布、滲氮層金相組織及硬度,探討了滲氮層磨削后出現(xiàn)點狀剝落的原因,并提出了解決該問題的工藝解決措施。

Abstract: After parts of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel were nitrided, point-like peeling was found on the nitrided surface after grinding. This paper studied the morphology and distribution of point-like peeling, the microstructure and hardness of the nitrided layer, and explored the reasons for the point-like peeling after grinding the nitrided layer. It also proposed a solution to the problem.
