中醫(yī)藥方案在功能性消化不良患者治療中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】功能性消化不良（FD）病因復(fù)雜且一般病程較長(zhǎng)，可嚴(yán)重?fù)p害患者身心健康。中醫(yī)藥治療FD經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，且近年來(lái)隨著相關(guān)研究的深入，中醫(yī)藥方案在FD臨床治療中的有效性已經(jīng)得到廣泛認(rèn)可?；诖耍疚膶?duì)FD治療中中醫(yī)藥方案的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)，以期為之后的相關(guān)研究及臨床治療工作提供參考。

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with functional dyspepsia

【Abstract】Functional dyspepsia （FD） has a complex etiology and a long course，which can seriously damage the physical and mental health of patients.TCM has rich experience in treating FD，and in recent years，with the deepening of relevant research，the effectiveness of TCM programs in the clinical treatment of FD has been widely recognized.Based on this，this paper summarized the application progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FD，with a view to providing reference for the subsequent related research and clinical treatment work.

功能性消化不良（FD）是一種發(fā)病率較高的消化系統(tǒng)疾病，現(xiàn)代臨床研究指出內(nèi)臟敏感性高、胃酸過(guò)度分泌、精神心理異常及飲食等因素的綜合作用與該疾病的發(fā)生存在密切聯(lián)系[1]。（剩余4148字）
