腦梗死應用補陽還五湯治療對日常生活能力與神經(jīng)功能水平的影響

【摘要】目的：研究補陽還五湯治療腦梗死的臨床有效性。方法：從院內(nèi)腦梗死患者中共選取80例入組，入組采取雙盲式分組，分別為探究組與一般組，探究組應用補陽還五湯治療，一般組實施常規(guī)西藥治療，分析對比兩組患者治療總有效率、治療前后生活質(zhì)量評分、ADL評分、NIHSS評分與中醫(yī)證候積分。結(jié)果：治療總有效率對比發(fā)現(xiàn)，探究組治療總有效率明顯更高（P0.05）；治療后，探究組生活質(zhì)量評分比一般組更高，存在對比意義（P0.05）；治療后，探究組ADL評分比一般組更高，NIHSS評分、中醫(yī)證候積分比一般組更低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the clinical effectiveness of buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods：A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction in the hospitalwereselected and divided int ogroupsby double blind grouping，namely the exploration group and the general group，respectively，the exploration group adoptedbuyang huanwu decoction treatment，and the general group adopted routine western medicine treatment.The total effective rate，quality of life scores before and after treatment，ADL scores，NIHSS scoresand TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：Compared with the total effective rate，the total effective rate in the exploration group was significantly higher（P0.05）；After treatment，the quality of life score of the exploration group was higher than that of the general group，and there was a comparative significance（P0.05）；After treatment，the ADL score of the exploration group was higher than that of the general group，while the NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score were lower than that of the general group （P
