子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血的效果評價

【摘要】目的：研究剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者行子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)治療的效果。方法：我院收治的70例剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血患者，用“雙盲法”分為紗布組（35例，傳統(tǒng)紗布填塞）與背帶組（35例，子宮背帶式縫合術(shù)），兩組療效比較分析。結(jié)果：術(shù)前，比較兩組凝血功能與卵巢血流動力學無差異（P>0.05）；術(shù)后，相較于紗布組，背帶組APTT、PT、TT及FIB指標波動幅度更小，PSV、EDV指標更高，PI、RI指標更低，產(chǎn)后2h出血量、產(chǎn)后24h出血量更少，產(chǎn)后下床活動時間、月經(jīng)恢復時間及住院時間更短（P

Effect evaluation of uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of uterine sling suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods：70 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups by“double blind”method： The gauze group （n=35，traditional gauze packing）and the sling group（n=35，uterinestrap suture），comparison and analysis of the curative effects between the two groups.Results：There was no difference in coagulation function and ovarian hemodynamics between the two groups before operation（P>0.05）；Compared with the gauze group，the fluctuation range of APTT，PT，TT and FIB indicators in the sling group was smaller after operation，the PSV and EDV indexes were higher，while PI and RI indexes were lower，the amount of postpartum blood loss at 2h and 24h was less，and the time of getting out of bed after delivery，menstruation recovery and hospitalization were shorter（P

產(chǎn)后出血是常見婦產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥，是引起產(chǎn)婦死亡的常見原因，是指：娩出胎兒24h內(nèi)，陰道出血量≥500mL，據(jù)統(tǒng)計，其在剖宮產(chǎn)人群中的發(fā)生率為2%～11%，分析病因無明確定論，常見因素有：軟產(chǎn)道裂傷、子宮收縮乏力等，若未及時處理則危及生命，故以改善凝血功能、減少出血量為目標，早期給予對癥治療尤為重要。（剩余3139字）
