【摘要】目的：探究甲狀腺囊性結節(jié)治療中超聲介入的臨床應用價值。方法：選擇40例甲狀腺囊性結節(jié)患者（2018年1月—2021年12月）進行對比研究，隨機數(shù)字表法分組，對照組（傳統(tǒng)手術治療）與試驗組（超聲介入治療），各20例。比較兩組治療效果、甲狀腺激素水平變化以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結果：試驗組治療總有效率明顯高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；治療后，兩組TSH、FT3、FT4水平與治療前相比均存在顯著差異，且試驗組優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical value of ultrasound intervention in treating cystic thyroid nodules. Methods： 40 patients with cystic thyroid nodules admitted from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects，they were divided into two groups according to random number table method，with 20 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional surgical treatment，and the trial group took ultrasound interventional therapy.The treatment effects，changes in thyroid hormone levels and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
