【摘要】目的：探究擴(kuò)張型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者采用中西聯(lián)合治療方案的臨床效果及其生活狀態(tài)的改善情況。方法：以80例擴(kuò)張型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者開展研究，隨機(jī)均分為對照組（磷酸肌酸鈉治療）和觀察組（磷酸肌酸鈉聯(lián)合黃芪注射液治療），以患者左心室相關(guān)指標(biāo)、生活質(zhì)量指標(biāo)評估治療方案。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組患者臨床效果較好，左心室相關(guān)指標(biāo)水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P
