Critical aspects and common challenges in the sampling of aquatic products from production areas

Abstract:To further enhance the quality and safety supervision and inspection of aquatic products,this study systematically outlines critical aspects of the sampling process, including responsibility allcation among sampling personnel, preparatory procedures prior to sampling, communication protocols and operational standards during sampling,on-site sample handling and preservation. Concurrently, analyze prevalent challenges such as inadequate communication among sampling teams,insuficient preparatory work,non-comliance with operational protocols,improper sample storage,and corresponding suggestions for improvement were put forward.
