Comparative of peeling rate and nutritional composition of monorhyncha in different environments*

Abstract:The Urechis unicinctus was used as the experimental object,to compare the peeling rate of Urechis unicinctus in three geographical environments in Dalian, Hebei and Shandong provinces,and to compare the peling rate and crude nutrients of pond一cultured and wild Urechis unicinctus to understand the differences in the nutritional components of Urechis unicinctus under three geographical environments and two farming conditions. The results show that:the peeling rate of Urechis unicinctus in three geographical environments showed a trend of Shandong group > Dalian group > Hebei group; the protein content of Dalian group was significantly higher than that of Shandong group and Hebei group ( ?P<0. 05 );the differences in fat content among the three groups were not significant ( P>0. 05 );the energy index of Dalian group was significantly higher than that of Shandong group and Hebei group ( P<0.05 ).The skin yield of pond—farmed Urechis unicinctus was significantly higher than that of wild Urechis unicinctus ( P<0.05 ).The crude nutritional components were generally higher in pond一farmed Urechis unicinctus compared to wild ones,with some components showing significant differences ( P<0.05 ).
