基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)探討黃芪治療對蝦白斑綜合征的作用機(jī)制

Based on network pharmacology discuss the mechanism of Astragali Radix in treatment of white spot syndrome in shrimp

Abstract:Using the Herb,Swiss Target Prediction,and PharmMapper databases to predict potential targets for the active ingredient 13- hydroxy-9,1l-octadecadienoic acid from Astragali Radix,and combining this with the DisGeNET,GeneCards,and OMIM databases to screen for targets related to shrimp white spot syndrome,we identified 52 intersecting targets. Through STRING,a PPI network was constructed,and Cytoscape selected the TOPl0 core targets,including tnfb, pparg,and bcl2a. GO and KEGG analyses indicate that this component may regulate functions such as antioxidant stress,inflammation,and cellcycle through signaling pathways like FoxOand Peroxisome.Molecular docking results show that the active ingredient 13- hydroxy-9,11-octadecadienoic acid from Astragali Radix can stably bind to key targets,supporting its potential in preventing and treating shrimp white spot syndrome.

對蝦白斑綜合征自20世紀(jì)90年代爆發(fā)以來,對我國對蝦養(yǎng)殖業(yè)造成了嚴(yán)重威脅[1],其病原白斑綜合征病毒(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV)宿主廣泛,不僅感染對蝦,還可影響龍蝦、螯蝦、蟹等甲殼類生物,嚴(yán)重影響了蝦蟹養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展[2]。(剩余3935字)
