[Abstract]Goutyarthritis （GA）falls under the categoryofimpediment patern in Chinese medicine.Withthe deepening explorationofcolateraldiseasetheoryinChinesemedicine，theoccurrenceandprogressionofGAarecloselyrelatedto pathologicalchangesinthecollterals.Byanalyzingthepathogeesisofcold-dampnessimpedimenttypegoutyarthritis （CD-GA）at diferentstagesanditscharacteristicsicollteraldisease，tispaperdiscusesthediseasemechanismsintermsofthehidden pathogenicfactos，collteralobstruction，andcollteraldamage，highlightingatcollteralpathologyservesasthepatological basisofCD-GA，withcoldacompaniedbydampness-turbidityinvasionbeingthekeytrigerBasedonthetheoryof"collateral disease-fortifyingyang"，thisstudyelucidatesthetherapeuticefectsofGuizhiFuziDecoctionasacoreformulaforfortifyingyang andunblockingcollateralsintreatingCD-GA.Thefollowingmechanismsandtreatmentsareproposedasfollows.Asymptomatic hyperuricemiastage：Pathogenesisinvolvesdampnesslurkinginthecollteralstreatmentfocusesonforifingyangdispeling dampnessandunblockingolaterals;Acutegoutattacksage：Pathogensisinvolespathogenbructingeollteralsreatt prioritizes fortifying yang， unblocking collaterals， and alleviating pain; Chronic GA stage & gouty nephropathy stage： Pathogenesis involves pathogendamaginghecollteralstreatmentemphasizesforifngang，srengheninghalthyqi，andnourishngcater als.ThisstudyexploresthefoularationaleofGuizhiFuziDecoctionforCD-GAatdiferentstages，refinesitscompaibilityprinciples，and provides clinical application strategies for its use.

痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎（goutyarthritis，GA）是一種代謝性疾病，是因尿酸代謝異常導(dǎo)致尿酸蓄積于血液中，長時間的高尿酸血癥會導(dǎo)致尿酸鹽結(jié)晶沉積于關(guān)節(jié)中，從而誘發(fā)的免疫炎癥造成對關(guān)節(jié)的損傷，出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)劇痛、腫脹等癥狀，嚴(yán)重者導(dǎo)致關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)損傷，甚則殘疾。（剩余7447字）
