[Abstract]Oxaliplatinisathird-generation platinum drug，which is widelyusedindigestivetracttumors，anditsadverse reactionsaremostcommoninoxaliplatin-inducedperipheralneurotoxicity（OIPN），whichisclasifiedintotwotypes：acuteand chronic.cuteoxaliplatin-inducedperipheralneurotoxicity （AOIPN）isatransientneurotoxicitysymptomoccuring within24-48h afteroxaliplatininfusionhichisdominatedbysnsoryabnomalitiesthatafectspatientsqualtyoflifeandinsverecases， forcingthemtochangetheirtreatmentregimenandafectingsurvival.ProfesorLIULikunbelievesthathidentoxicityisthe causative factorofOP，whichisharacterizedbyimpedientblockingvesselsandcolateralsandstrongconcealmentdiis treatedbywarmingcoldanddampness，expelingtoxinsandremoving bloodstasis，andthecombinationofexternalwashingwith theself-draftedWenyang TongluoPowderhasaremarkabletherapeuticefectThispaperdiscussesthetreatmentofAOIPfrom thetheoryof"atenttoxicitycausingimpediment"，andatachesaclinicalrecordinodertoprovideideasfortheclinicaltreatet of AOIPN.
