徑向流甲醇合成反應器中氣體分布器的探討

摘 要：研究和探討了國內外幾種典型的徑向流氣體分布器，其適用于立式徑向流反應器，尤其是立式徑向流甲醇合成反應器，如托普索（Tops?e）、MRF以及JM Davy徑向流甲醇合成反應器。對比分析了不同類型徑向流氣體分布器的結構特點以及優(yōu)缺點，總結了當前徑向流氣體分布器研究和應用的重點方向。

Discussion on Distributor of Radial Flow Methanol Synthesis Reactor

Abstract： Several typical radial flow gas distributors at home and abroad are studied and discussed， which are suitable for vertical radial flow reactors， especially vertical radial flow methanol synthesis reactors， such as Tops?e， MRF and JM Davy radial flow methanol synthesis reactor. The structural characteristics， advantages and disadvantages of different types of radial flow gas distributors are compared and analyzed， the current research and application directions of radial flow gas distributors are summarized.

0 引言

甲醇合成反應器是甲醇合成生產的核心設備，魯奇（Lurgi）管殼型甲醇合成反應器、單管逆流型甲醇合成反應器、ICI多段段間冷激型甲醇合成反應器、托普索（Tops?e）徑向流動甲醇合成反應器代表四種典型的甲醇合成反應器，在此基礎上又進一步發(fā)展了三菱重工株式會社（MHI）和三菱瓦斯株式會社（MGC）共同開發(fā)的三菱重工管殼-冷管復合型甲醇合成反應器（SPC）、林德（Linde）型甲醇合成反應器、華東理工大學開發(fā)的管外冷-絕熱復合型甲醇合成反應器、三菱瓦斯多段段間冷激型甲醇合成反應器、東洋工程公司（TEC）和三菱東芝株式會社（MTC）共同開發(fā)的MRF多段徑向流動甲醇合成反應器、瑞士卡薩爾公司的Casale軸徑向流動甲醇合成反應器以及莊信萬豐戴維科技有限公司（JM Davy）的低壓降-徑向流蒸汽上升式甲醇合成反應器［1］。（剩余4832字）
