半導(dǎo)體發(fā)明史回眸及其創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)力探討

摘 要：本研究回顧了近150年的半導(dǎo)體理論及技術(shù)發(fā)明史，根據(jù)半導(dǎo)體發(fā)明史的特征，可將其劃分為3個(gè)發(fā)明歷史階段，即半導(dǎo)體早期發(fā)明史、半導(dǎo)體中期發(fā)明史和半導(dǎo)體現(xiàn)代發(fā)明史，并對(duì)半導(dǎo)體發(fā)明史中的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)模式進(jìn)行探討，接著闡述三大發(fā)明創(chuàng)新模式及其對(duì)半導(dǎo)體科技發(fā)明創(chuàng)新的影響。

Abstract：This study reviews the history of semiconductor theory and technological inventions in the past 150 years. According to the characteristics of the history of semiconductor inventions， it can be divided into three stages of invention history， namely， the early invention history of semiconductors， the middle invention history of semiconductors， and the modern invention history of semiconductors. The innovation-driven model in the history of semiconductor inventions is discussed， and then the three major invention innovation models and their impact on the innovation of semiconductor scientific and technological inventions are elaborated.
