摘 要：本研究對(duì)吉林市科創(chuàng)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)背景、主要架構(gòu)、具體功能以及上線運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹，并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有平臺(tái)的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)平臺(tái)下一步建設(shè)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，從而能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)科技項(xiàng)目全流程的閉環(huán)管理，并對(duì)政府科技管理及科研工作提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

Abstract：This study introduces the construction background， main architecture， specific functions and on-line operation of Jilin Science and Technology Innovation Big Data Platform in detail. According to the characteristics of the existing platform， the next step of the platform construction is planned and designed， so as to better realize the closed-loop management of the whole process of science and technology projects and provide data support for the government 's science and technology management and scientific research work.

黨的十八大提出科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以來(lái)，黨中央高度重視數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，到黨的十九大提出建設(shè)數(shù)字中國(guó)和智慧社會(huì)的工作目標(biāo)，再到黨的十九屆五中全會(huì)提出發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，可見(jiàn)數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)新對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著推動(dòng)作用。（剩余2538字）
