PCT申請(qǐng)的檢索策略和審查策略

摘 要：本研究以PCT申請(qǐng)的實(shí)際案例為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)對(duì)PCT申請(qǐng)的現(xiàn)有檢索結(jié)果、申請(qǐng)人的意見(jiàn)答復(fù)爭(zhēng)議點(diǎn)、權(quán)利要求實(shí)際保護(hù)范圍的分析，制定合適的檢索策略和審查策略。

Search and Examination Strategies for PCT Applications

Abstract： Based on the actual cases of PCT applications， this paper formulates appropriate search strategies and examination strategies through the analysis of the existing search results of PCT applications， the analysis of the disputed points of the applicant's comments and responses， and the analysis of the actual protection scope of the claims.

專利合作條約（Patent Cooperation Treaty，PCT）是專利領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作條約，PCT申請(qǐng)的審查大致分為國(guó)際階段和國(guó)家階段。（剩余6045字）
