科創(chuàng)板生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)專利典型問題分析及對策建議

摘 要：生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是典型的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，也是科創(chuàng)板重點支持的六大產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域之一。本研究對生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)科創(chuàng)板上市過程中的專利問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)歸納，并給出了對策建議，有助于相關(guān)企業(yè)順利跨過科創(chuàng)板知識產(chǎn)權(quán)“門檻”。

Typical Patent Related Problems and Countermeasures of Biomedical Enterprises on STAR Market

Abstract： The biomedical industry is a typical intellectual property intensive industry， and it is also one of the six major industrial fields supported by the STAR Market. This article summarizes the patent related problems of biomedical enterprises in the listing process of STAR Market， and gives countermeasures and suggestions， which will help relevant enterprises to successfully cross the "threshold" of intellectual property rights on the STAR Market.
