沉降觀測技術(shù)在高層建筑施工中的應(yīng)用分析

摘 要:建筑物在施工過程中,隨著時(shí)間的推移,荷載的增加,會(huì)產(chǎn)生沉降變形。建筑物沉降受多種因素影響,沉降時(shí)間和荷載力是兩個(gè)主要因素。本研究結(jié)合實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下的高層建筑物,詳細(xì)闡述沉降觀測的程序、步驟和精度要求等關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,并對(duì)建筑物沉降趨勢進(jìn)行預(yù)測分析。

Application Analysis of Settlement Observation Technology in
High-Rise Building Construction

Abstract:The building will produce settlement deformation in the process of construction, because of time and the load increases. Building settlement is affected by many factors, settlement time and load force are the two main factors. In this study, the author took the high-rise buildings as an example, and the procedure, steps and accuracy of settlement observation are described in detail. At last, the settlement trend of the building were predicted and analyzed.
