小箱梁預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固前后荷載試驗(yàn)對(duì)比

摘 要:為了研究預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固橋梁在荷載作用下的工作性能,在加固前對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行荷載試驗(yàn),然后進(jìn)行預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固。加固后再次進(jìn)行荷載試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,未開(kāi)裂截面應(yīng)變減少7%,開(kāi)裂截面裂縫寬度明顯減小,撓度減小5%~8%,未能提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體剛度。

Comparison of Load Test before and after Reinforcement of Small Box Girder with Prestressed CFRP Panels

Abstract: To study the working performance of the bridge reinforced with prestressed CFRP plates under load, the load test was carried out on the bridge before reinforcement, and then use prestressed CFRP panels were for bridge reinforcement. After reinforcement, the load test was carried out.The results showed that the strain of the uncracked section was reduced by 7%, the crack width of the cracked section was significantly reduced, and the deflection was reduced by 5%~8%, which failed to improve the overall stiffness of the structure.
