基于止血效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型探究白地湯對(duì)小鼠止血功能的影響
Abstract:ToivestigatethehemostaticefectsofdiffrentratioformulationsofBaididecoctionandexploreitshemostatic mechanism,thisstudyestablishes an efficacyevaluationand screening model for hemostatic traditional Chinese medicines and evaluates the hemostatic efect of Baidi decoction basedon this model.The studyselects six indicators,including Platelet (PLT)count,Bleeding Time (BT),Prothrombin Time(PT),ActivatedPartial Thromboplastin Time(APTT), Thrombin Time(TT)andFibrinogen (FIB),toestablish acomprehensive hemostasisevaluation modelbycombining analytichierarchyprocess witha"radarchart"patern.ICRmiceareusedtocompare the hemostaticeffectsofnormalsaline, Yunnanbaiyao,Baitouweng-Diutan2:1(referred toasBaidi decoction2:1)Baididecoction3:2,Baididecoction1:1, Baitouweng and Diyutan.Theresults show that allthreeratios ofBaidi decoction,Diyutan have hemostatic effects.Among them,allBaidi decoctiongroupsshortenBT,APTT,TTwhileincreasingFB;DiyutangroupshortenBT,APTT,hile increasingFIB,butithas noeffectonTT;OnlyDiyutantanandBaididecoction1:1increasetotalPLTcountIncontrast, Baitouweng islessefectiveinstopping bleeding andonlyshortenTT.According tothecomprehensiveevaluationmodel for hemostatic effects,the seven samples rank asfollows:Baidi decoction 1:1> Yunnanbaiyao>Diyutan>Baididecoction 2:1> Baidi decoction 3:2> Baitouweng>Saline.These findings indicate that Baidi decoction has both hemostatic and coagulant properties,andthe efectof stopping bleeding changes after the pairing ofDiyutanand Baitouweng,with the1:1ratio demonstrating theoptimal eficacy.This result provides afoundation forthe treatmentof hemorhagic diseases inanimals and the development of related hemostatic veterinary drugs.
