“同時是檔案的”文物、文獻信息的管理

摘  要：博物館、圖書館、紀念館等單位保存的文物、文獻信息同時是檔案的，可以依法由上述單位自行管理。檔案館與這些單位在利用方面應當互相協(xié)作，可以相互交換重復件、復制件或者目錄，聯(lián)合舉辦展覽，共同研究、編輯出版有關史料，從而更好地管理“同時是檔案的”文物、文獻信息。

Abstract： Where the cultural relics and documentary information kept by museums， libraries， memorial halls and other units are also archives， such units may manage them by themselves according to law. Archives and these units can cooperate with each other in terms of utilization， exchange duplicate copies， copies or catalogues， jointly hold exhibitions， and jointly study， edit and publish relevant historical materials， so as to better manage cultural relics and document information “which are archives at the same time”.
