全國示范數(shù)字檔案室建設(shè)的實踐探索與思考

——以鄭州輕工業(yè)大學例

摘  要：本文以鄭州輕工業(yè)大學創(chuàng)建全國示范數(shù)字檔案室為例，從數(shù)字化工作的組織與管理、標準規(guī)范及相關(guān)制度等主要環(huán)節(jié)，闡述了鄭州輕工業(yè)大學構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)與業(yè)務(wù)深度融合的智慧化服務(wù)體系的發(fā)展思路及其實踐經(jīng)驗，以期為其他高校創(chuàng)建數(shù)字檔案室提供有益的借鑒和參考。

Abstract： Taking the national model digital archive in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example， this paper expounds its development ideas and practical experience about how to construct intelligent service system with deep integration of data and business， from such aspects as the organization and management of digital work， standards and regulations and related systems. It is expected to provide useful reference for other universities to build digital archives.
