基于計(jì)算檔案學(xué)思維的“單軌制”管理模式實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理分析

摘  要：通過“單軌制”實(shí)施的相關(guān)政策分析和計(jì)算檔案學(xué)思維分析，本文提出了基于計(jì)算檔案學(xué)思維的“單軌制”過程控制模式，包括建設(shè)檔案數(shù)據(jù)中臺和建立“單軌制”控制流程及其運(yùn)行方式，分析了業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)表單與簽章審批、元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、“四性”檢測策略等方面的設(shè)計(jì)方法與控制流程構(gòu)建的一般原理。

Abstract： Through the analysis of relevant policies for the implementation of the ‘single track system’ and the computational archival thinking， this paper proposes a ‘single track system’ process control mode based on the computational archival thinking， including the construction of an archive data center and the establishment of a ‘single track system’ control process and its operation mode. And this paper also analyzes the general principles of design and control process construction， mainly in business system data forms and signature approval， metadata standards， and ‘Four attributes ’ detection strategies.

近年來，學(xué)界關(guān)于“單軌制”管理問題的研究逐步深入，包括概念探討、管理策略、歸檔管理、安全管理、證據(jù)立法、電子簽章、數(shù)據(jù)保全、轉(zhuǎn)換路徑、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)以及各領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐探索等等，但在計(jì)算檔案學(xué)思維框架下探索“單軌制”理論和實(shí)踐問題的研究較少，個別文獻(xiàn)有所提及但沒有重點(diǎn)探討，本文就此問題進(jìn)行初步思考。（剩余4045字）
