AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethestatusquoandinfluencingfactorsofcancer-relatedfatigue（CRF）ingastriccancerpatients undergoingchemotherapy，andtoprovideeferencesfordeveloping interventions toimproveCRF.Methods：Usingaconveniencesapling method，58gastricacerpatientsreceingchemotherapyinthoncologdepartmentofatertiaryGradeAhospitalinSaniprovince fromJauaryte4reeledsudysubetDtaeedgealifoatisioie，teatittd Subjective Global Asessment （PG-SGA），the Cancer Fatigue Scale（CFS），andthe Social Support Scale.Results：Theincidenceof CRF among the 258 gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was 96.9% ，witha CRF score of （22.22 ± 10.38）. Linear regression analysishowedthateducationeveliseasestag，interleukin-6（-6），odymass idex （BM），G-SGAscore，andsociapt were influencing factors of CRF in these patients ΔP<0.05 ）.Conclusions：CRF is prevalent among gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy， with mostcasesbeing moderate.Healthcareproviders should paymoreatentiontopatients withcharacteristicssuchasloweducation leveland poorsocialsupport.And we should improve CRF screeing and assessment，alleviate CRF symptoms in patients.
