AbstractObjective：Toconstructasystematiccomprehensiveassessmentandmanagementframework fornursingrisksofolder patients，ssteteesntdmaagemtofsinissofrptitsproeteltfsigaedse thesafetyofpants.ethds：Basedontesoingevieadontetaalyssmethodystematicrrieal，renngdlyis ofrelevantdomesticandreignpapersfro4to24recariedoutecorecategorieselatedtoursingissprecedingfactorsand subsequentfctorserelasified，oddomparedanditegratedtoterineteoreursingiskcategors，precedngfactosd subsequent factorsofolderpatients.Combinedwiththediscussionof theexpertpanel，the framework wasfinallyconstructedand improved.Results：Atotalof21478papers ereretrieved，and346corestudies werefinallincluded.Thecomprehensiveaseent and managementframework fornursingrisksofolderpatients，amelyDirectRisk PreventionandControl（SAFE）-dailyursingneds response（CARE）systematicsupport（MAP），coversthreecategoresofprecedingfactors（intrisicfactors，interactionfctorsostrat factors），loreusigisategoiesAFEsinijurygiatio/d，fallbolsm;CAREatheteelatedisol risk，restraintretys;icaioaagentistiityliasiialsk）ndiategorsft factors（deteriorationofphysicalcondition，negativepsychologicaloutcomes，ossoffunctionandindependence，declineinqualityof life，careandresource pressure，increase ineconomiccost）.Conclusions：TheSAFE-CARE-MAPframework fullyintegrates the characteristicsofoderpatientssuchasmultiplecoexistingdseasesandsuperimposedrisks.heestablishedpracticalaplcatipathf SAFE-CAREMAPisetfiadcallalable，hicnelimproetequalitursingceandpatintsafeyt.
