AbstractObjectives：Toexplorethetresholdefectofexecisefearonrehabilitationexercisecomplanceofpatientswithchronicheart failure.Methods：Atotalof5patientsithronicheartflureereivestigatedbygeneraldataquestioaieexerciseabilitatio compliance scaleforpatients withchronicheartfailureandexercisefearscaleforpatients withchronicheartfailure.Singlefactorand multiplelnearregressionaalysisereonducted，andsmoothfitingureasestablishedtoaalethetresoldeectandploee influence degree of influencing factors.Results：The compliance score of patients with rehabilitation exercise was （23.29±9.72 ），andthe score of sports fear was （25.67±9.36） .Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender，weekly exercise frequency，number of chronic diseases，and fear of exercise were the main influencing factors of rehabilitation exercisecompliance （all P<0.05 ）.The threshold effect analysis showed that the level of exercise compliance was not affected when the exercise fear score was ? 18 （ P>0.05 ），and it decreased with the increase of exercise fear score when the exercise fear score was > 18 P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Patientswith chronic heartfailurehavealowlevelofrehabilitationexercisecompliance，andtheirfearofexerciseisinthemiddlelevel.TheFact-CHF score > 18canbeusedasamonitoringindexfortheinfluenceofexercisefearonexercisecompliane.Andtheinfluenceofgender，previous exercise habits，number ofchronic diseases should also be considered.
