住院癌癥病人主要照顧者綜合需求與心理應(yīng)激的相關(guān)性及影響因素

Abstract  Objective：To investigate the correlation between comprehensive needs and psychological stress of main caregivers of hospitalized cancer patients and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods：From June 2020 to May 2021，a total of 382 main caregivers of cancer patients hospitalized in a general tertiary hospital in Guangdong province were selected as the research subjects.A self?made general information questionnaire，the Comprehensive Needs Assessment Tool in cancer for Caregivers（CNAT?C），and the Relative Stress Scale（RSS） were used to investigate.Results：The CNAT?C score of main caregivers of hospitalized cancer patients was 48.00（34.00，65.25） points，the total score of RSS was 8.00（4.00，13.00） points，and there was a positive correlation between them（r=0.301，P<0.05）.The hierarchical regression analysis showed that the education level，religious belief，payment method of medical expenses，and psychological distress of the main caregivers of hospitalized cancer patients were the independent influencing factors of comprehensive needs（P<0.05）.Conclusions：The comprehensive needs of the main caregivers of hospitalized cancer patients were positively correlated with psychological stress，and psychological distress was the main influencing factor affecting the level of comprehensive needs of caregivers.Medical staff should focus on the level of psychological stress of caregivers to meet their comprehensive needs in order to improve the quality of nursing.
