從培訓范式到發(fā)展范式：我國編輯繼續(xù)教育的范式變革及其實現(xiàn)路徑

[摘 要] 以范式變革為編輯繼續(xù)教育改革創(chuàng)新的突破口，從培訓范式走向發(fā)展范式，以實現(xiàn)我國編輯繼續(xù)教育的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。為實現(xiàn)編輯繼續(xù)教育的范式變革，應(yīng)重構(gòu)我國編輯繼續(xù)教育的體系和機制，實現(xiàn)價值取向、發(fā)展目標、培訓理念、政策制定、培訓模式、培訓實務(wù)等路徑的多維轉(zhuǎn)換。

From Training Paradigm to Development Paradigm： The Paradigm Transformation of Editors’ Continuing Education and Its Implementation Path in China

[Abstract] Taking paradigm transformation as the gap for reform and innovation， the move from training paradigm to development paradigm should become the main theme of the future development of editors’ continuing education in China. In order to realize the paradigm transformation， the system and mechanism of editors’ continuing education in China should be reconstructed， and multi-dimensional transformations should be realized on multiple paths such as the orientation of values， development goals， and training notions， with the purpose of the implementation of the continuing education for the future.

2010年11月頒布并于2011年1月1日開始實施的《出版專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育暫行規(guī)定》，是我國關(guān)于編輯繼續(xù)教育[1]的第一部專項政策法規(guī)，由此拉開了我國編輯隊伍全員繼續(xù)教育的序幕。（剩余8436字）
