集成式制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)踏板感覺(jué)仿真分析

【摘要】針對(duì)集成式制動(dòng)控制(IBC)系統(tǒng),基于AMESim建立制動(dòng)主缸、踏板感覺(jué)模擬器等部件的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行全功能下的踏板感覺(jué)仿真分析及關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的敏感度分析,獲得了IBC系統(tǒng)的模擬器缸徑、主缸彈簧剛度、模擬器彈簧剛度和彈簧間隙等部件參數(shù)對(duì)踏板感覺(jué)的影響。

【Abstract】Dynamic simulation model of IBC (Integrated Brake Control) of master cylinder, pedal simulator and other components was established based on AMESim, the pedal feel simulation analysis and the sensitivity analysis of key parameters under full functionality were carried out, and the influence of IBC’s simulator piston diameter, master cylinder spring stiffness, simulator spring stiffness and spring clearance and other component parameters on the pedal feel was analyzed.
