Abstract：Poland failed tobid for theOlympic Winter Games twice in2006and2022.Withthereformof the Olympic bidmodelbytheInternationalOlympic Commitee，Poland is increasingly likely toachieveits vision of bidding for the Olympics.By sorting out the advantages of Poland hosting the Olympic Winter Games，it is found that the country hasa long Olympic historyand has experienced national system transformation，there is the accumulationof experience from two Olympic bids，the competitive strength of iceand snow sports has made some breakthroughs in recent years，and hosting the 2O23European Games has produced acertain demonstration effect.At the same time，Poland also faces restrictivefactors suchasthe shortcoming of event operation ability， the bottleneck ofenvironmentand facilities，and the fluctuationof public opinion support rate in hosting the Olympic Winter Games.Based onthe strategic management theory，this paper proposes the implementationof the “3D”strategy forPoland to host the Olympic Winter Games，integrating and upgradingresources;adhering to the environmental protection strategy tooptimizeurban construction;implementing thecultural strategy todrive the participationof the whole people;promoting the economicstrategy to build strategic aliances as therealization

paths.By optimizing the bid path，itpromotes the leapfrog development of Poland's winter sports undertakings，andwith the opportunity of the Olympic WinterGames，ithelpsPolandbetterintegrate intothe global sportsmarket inthe futureand contributes to the sustainable development of the Olympic cause.
