我國(guó)馬鈴薯加工業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及建議

摘要：作為我國(guó)第4大主糧作物，馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)對(duì)保障國(guó)家糧食安全具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。我國(guó)是馬鈴薯種植大國(guó)，卻不是馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)，與世界發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比，在品種、加工、產(chǎn)品、裝備等方面還存在差距和不足。介紹了我國(guó)馬鈴薯加工業(yè)整體情況、目前存在的問(wèn)題和短板，并從科技創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面提出了具體建議。

Abstract：As the fourth largest staple food crop in China，potato has important strategic significance to ensure national food security.China is a big potato planting country，but not a strong potato industry country.Compared with developed countries in the world，there are still gaps and deficiencies in varieties，processing，products and equipment.The overall situation，existing problems and shortcomings of China′s potato processing industry were introduced，and specific suggestions were put forward from aspects of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.
