Abstract： ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical effect full-neuroendoscopic trans-lateral supraorbital approach in the treatment sellar tumors.Methods clinical data 18 patients with sellar tumors admited to the the First People's Hospital from January 2O2O to June 2O23 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent full-neuroendoscope to remove tumors through trans-lateral supraorbital approach，and were follwed up for 12 to 36 months after surgery，with follow-up head magnetic resonance imaging. Results Total resection was achieved in 15 cases（83. 3% ）and subtotal resection in 3 cases（16. 7% ）. Postoperative hypopituitarism occurred in 2 cases ， transient diabetes insipidus and water-electrolyte disturbance in3 cases，frontal lobe contusion in1case and intracranial infectionin1 case.After 12 -36 months follow-up，there was no recurrence tumor and no progress residual tumor. ConclusionsIt is safe and efective to remove sellar tumors through trans-lateral supraorbital approach by full-neuroendoscope.
