蘆筍莖枯病菌致病機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

摘要 蘆筍莖枯病是一種區(qū)域性分布的毀滅性病害，俗稱“蘆筍癌癥”，莖枯病的普遍發(fā)生已嚴(yán)重影響了蘆筍的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。從蘆筍莖枯病的發(fā)病規(guī)律、病原菌侵染過程及其致病因子細(xì)胞壁降解酶3個方面簡述了蘆筍莖枯病菌致病機(jī)制的最新研究進(jìn)展，旨在為蘆筍莖枯病致病機(jī)制領(lǐng)域的深入研究和有效防治提供依據(jù)。

Abstract Asparagus stem blight is a devastating disease with regional distribution，commonly known as “asparagus cancer”.The widespread occurrence of stem blight has seriously affected the yield and quality of asparagus.The latest research progress in pathogenic mechanisms of asparagus stem blight was summarized mainly in three aspects including the disease regulation，infection process and cell wall degrading enzymes of Phomopsis asparagi.The pathogenic factor cell wall degrading enzyme was analyzed and compared，which would provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research and effective control of rice sheath blight.
