重慶市蔬菜基地尾菜資源化利用模式研究

摘要  對(duì)重慶市蔬菜尾菜產(chǎn)生量進(jìn)行了估算及特點(diǎn)分析,并經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研,總結(jié)了肥料化模式、飼料化模式、能源化模式、生態(tài)化模式等重慶目前尾菜處理利用模式。同時(shí),也提出了尾菜利用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及相關(guān)建議,為蔬菜基地尾菜資源化利用提供參考。

Abstract  The yield of vegetable rotten vegetables in Chongqing was estimated and its characteristics were analyzed. Through investigation and research, the current treatment and utilization patterns of rotten vegetables in Chongqing such as fertilizer mode, feed mode, energy mode and ecological mode were summarized. At the same time, the problems and relative suggestions in the utilization process of rotten vegetables were put forward, which could provide reference for the resource utilization of rotten vegetables in vegetable base.

重慶市地處長(zhǎng)江中上游,位于三峽庫(kù)區(qū)腹心之地,境內(nèi)山地面積占76%,丘陵占22%,河谷平壩僅占2%;主要河流有長(zhǎng)江、嘉陵江、烏江、涪江、綦江、大寧河等,年降水量1 105.5  mm,屬亞熱帶季風(fēng)性濕潤(rùn)氣候,年平均氣溫在18 ℃左右,年日照時(shí)數(shù)1 200~1 400 h,冬暖夏熱、雨量充沛、溫潤(rùn)多陰,是我國(guó)西南地區(qū)重要的蔬菜生產(chǎn)基地。(剩余6274字)
