農(nóng)產(chǎn)品微波干燥技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與展望

摘 要:該文介紹了微波干燥技術(shù)的原理及其在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品干燥領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,總結(jié)了微波干燥具有傳熱速度快、均勻性好和節(jié)能環(huán)保等特點,并梳理了國內(nèi)外微波干燥技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀。在分析目前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品微波干燥技術(shù)存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對其今后的發(fā)展進行了展望。

Abstract: This article introduces the mechanism of microwave drying technology and its application in the field of agricultural product drying, points out that microwave drying has the characteristics of fast heat transfer, good uniformity, energy saving and environmental protection, and analyzes the current research status of microwave drying technology at home and abroad. Finally, the article summarized some problems existing in the microwave drying technology of agricultural products, and prospected its future development.
