木本食用油料樹(shù)種資源特征及其育種利用的研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:該文介紹了油橄欖、油棕、椰子、油茶、山核桃等主要木本食用油料樹(shù)種的分布特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、加工利用現(xiàn)狀等,分析了這些木本食用油料樹(shù)種果實(shí)與種子的營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)、脂肪酸與油脂、加工利用、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)及應(yīng)用前景,并總結(jié)了品種優(yōu)良化、栽培標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與規(guī)?;?、科學(xué)灌溉與施肥以及信息輔助管理模型系統(tǒng)等的栽培管理技術(shù)。

Abstract: In this paper, the distribution, development and utilization of woody edible oil trees including Oleaceae euporaea, Elaeis guineensis, Cocos nucifara, Camellia oleifera and Carya illinoensis were introduced. The characteristics of nutrition, quality, differences of fruits quality of fruits and seeds, such as fatty acids and lipid were summarized. The nutritional values and quality characteristics, processing and utilization, application prospects were reviewed. The development trend of cultivars, standardization and scale of cultivation, scientific irrigation and fertilization, and information-assisted management model system were laid out.
