福建省推進(jìn)科技特派員制度助力鄉(xiāng)村振興的調(diào)研與思考

摘 要：該文介紹了福建省及南平市科技特派員工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法和亮點(diǎn)，交流了做好科技特派員工作的啟示和體會(huì)，并提出了推進(jìn)安徽省科技特派員工作的對(duì)策建議，為助力鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施提供參考。

A Survey Report on Fujian Advancing the Special S&T Commissioners System and Boosting Rural Revitalization

Abstract： This paper introduces highlights and work experience of the special S&T commissioners system by taking Nanping City and Fujian Province as example. It also discusses the enlightenment and understanding of advancing the special S&T commissioners system. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are putted forward to implement the special S&T commissioners in Anhui Province and provide reference for rural revitalization in solidarity.

2021年11月2—4日，筆者與安徽省政府辦公廳、省科技廳、省農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村廳、安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、省農(nóng)科院有關(guān)同志組成調(diào)研組，帶隊(duì)專程赴福建省南平市考察調(diào)研科技特派員制度助力鄉(xiāng)村振興工作。（剩余5270字）
