摘 要：高溫?zé)犭娕际强藙谒範(fàn)t爐膛溫度監(jiān)測(cè)的重要儀表設(shè)備，然而，克勞斯?fàn)t進(jìn)料氣的多樣性、復(fù)雜性、不確定性，對(duì)爐膛高溫?zé)犭娕寄芊癖３珠L(zhǎng)期有效運(yùn)行帶來(lái)了很大挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)克勞斯?fàn)t高溫?zé)犭娕荚谶\(yùn)行中的失效問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析，提出優(yōu)化措施，解決了克勞斯?fàn)t高溫?zé)犭娕疾荒荛L(zhǎng)期有效運(yùn)行的問(wèn)題。

Abstract：

The high temperature thermocouple is an important instrument for monitoring the temperature of the Kraus furnace chamber. However， the diversity， complexity and uncertainty of the feed gas of Kraus furnace bring great challenges to the long-term effective operation of the high temperature thermocouple of the furnace. The reasons for failure of high temperature thermocouple in Klaus furnace are analyzed， and the optimization measures are put forward to solve the problem that the high temperature thermocouple in Klaus furnace cannot run effectively for long.
