摘 要：描述了殼牌煤氣化裝置濕洗單元水濁度波動案例，通過對比分析該案例與以往濁度變化，提出在工藝操作中要做到嚴格按照工藝指標，避免出現(xiàn)超壓、超負荷運行，同時做好工藝操作條件穩(wěn)定優(yōu)化。

Analysis of Water Turbidity Fluctuation in Shell Coal Gasification Wet Washing System

Abstract：

This paper describes the case of water turbidity fluctuation in the wet washing unit of the Shell coal gasification plant. Through comparative analysis of this case and the turbidity change in the past， it is proposed that the process operation should be handled strictly in accordance with the process indexes to avoid overpressure and overload operation， and at the same time stable optimization of the process operation conditions shall be made.
