綠色低碳制無水氨生產(chǎn)工藝模擬

摘 要:利用Aspen Plus 軟件模擬歐華能源有限公司11.1萬t/a綠色無水氨生產(chǎn)工藝,根據(jù)對電解水制氫、空壓制氮和合成氨的流程進行模擬和物料衡算,對主要精餾塔、電解槽等主要設(shè)計進行選型計算,為綠氨合成經(jīng)濟節(jié)能優(yōu)化和工程化提供理論和數(shù)據(jù)支持。

Abstract:
Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the 111,000 t/a green anhydrous ammonia production process of Ouwa Energy Co., Ltd. The processes of hydrogen production by electrolytic water, air compressed nitrogen and synthetic ammonia are simulated and the material balances are calculated, and the type selection and calculation of such main design as that of the main distillation tower and electrolyzer are carried out, providing theoretical and data support for the economic and energy-saving optimization and engineering of green ammonia synthesis.
