小流域水污染治理策略

摘 要：介紹了國內小流域的污染與治理現狀，分析了治理工作中存在的問題，包括自然條件限制、法治與監(jiān)管不力、監(jiān)測與評估體系不足、公眾參與度低等。對此，應當通過適應與突破自然條件、提升法治與監(jiān)管力度、完善監(jiān)測與評估體系、提升公眾參與度等，提升對小流域水污染的治理效果。

Small Water Body Pollution Control Strategies

Abstract：

This paper introduces the current situation of pollution and control of small water bodies in China， and analyzes the existing problems in the control work， including the limitation of natural conditions， weak rule of law and inadequate supervision， insufficient monitoring and evaluation systems， and low public participation. Given this， we should improve the treatment effect of small water body pollution by adapting to and breaking through the limitation of natural conditions， improving the rule of law and supervision， improving the monitoring and evaluation system， and enhancing public participation.
