Abstract：To eliminate potential hazardsofcranesat the source，their designmustbe strictlycontrolled.Thisstudytakes the QD150-50t-45.3double-girderbridgecraneastheresearchobject，conductsadesignreviewbasedonnumerical simulationand proposes correspondingimprovement measures.Basedonloadand workingconditionanalysis，teoverallsrengthandlocalstability ofthemain girderarereviewed.Theoverallstrengtheviewreveals thatthetroleyexhibitsextensivestressareas exceedingthe allowableliitudertedelectioeviewcondition. Afertrgeted improvements，themaximumstressonte tollyisducedt 165.2MPa .Through local stabilityreviewand enhancements，the allowable stress for the local stabilityofthe track-side web plate increases from 68.3MPa to 85.9MPa ，meeting safety requirements.
