Abstract： Objective： To investigate the current status of behavior practices among pallitive care teams in Guangzhou and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods： The convenience sampling method was used to select 45O workers from various medical institutions in Guangzhou，mainly from departments treating patients in the terminal stages of diseases，from April to August 2O24.A survey was conducted on their paliative care knowledge，atitudes，self-eficacy，environment，and behavioral practices.Results： 427 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective recovery rate of 94.9% . The average scoring rates for behavioral practices among palliative care workers were 70.71% . The highest scoring item is“establishing a good relationship between medical stafand family members，”while the lowest scoring one is“actively recommending end-oflife care medical institutions to terminally ill patients and their families.”Practitioners with postgraduate and above，serving 1 to1O trminall ill patients，willing to engage in pallative care services，and always sharing paliative care experience with others had better behavioral practice.Self-eficacyand environment scores can independently explain 17.9% of the total variation in the practice behavior of the hospice care team. Conclusion： The behavioral practices of paliative care teams in Guangzhou was at a moderate level. Self-effcacy and environment playan important role in promoting paliative care behavior，and there are differences in the behaviorofpractitioners with different characteristics.It is necessary to strengthen education and training，create a good working environment，and improve the self-eficacy of service personnel to enhance the overall professional ability of the team and the quality of palliative care services
