新常態(tài)背景下欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)文化建設(shè)研究

摘要：新常態(tài)已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的一種邏輯，作為意識形態(tài)而存在的社會文化也應(yīng)該與時俱進(jìn)。就欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)而言，有必要挖掘新常態(tài)背景下所隱藏的發(fā)展機(jī)遇來改變以往的文化發(fā)展失衡狀態(tài)，并從文化層面改善欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的發(fā)展思維，從而縮小與發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)間的文化差距。

Abstract： The new normal has become a logic of China's economic and social development， and the social culture that exists as an ideology should also keep pace with the times. As far as the underdeveloped regions are concerned， it is necessary to explore the development opportunities hidden in the context of the new normal to change the imbalance of cultural development in the past， and improve the development thinking of the underdeveloped regions from the cultural level， so as to narrow the cultural gap with the developed regions.
