大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下高職院校人力資源管理探析

摘 要：在信息化高速發(fā)展的今天，高職院校人力資源管理面臨著更加復雜的局面。人力資源管理是高職院校非常重要的工作之一，對高職院校發(fā)展方向和可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有決定性作用。文章從當前高職院校在大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下人力資源管理存在的問題為切入點，研究高職院校人力資源管理新辦法、新舉措。

Abstract：In the rapidly developing information age，human resource management in vocational colleges is facing increasingly complex challenges.As one of the most important tasks in vocational colleges，human resource management plays a decisive role in the development direction and sustainable development of these institutions.This paper investigates new methods and measures for human resource management in vocational colleges by analyzing the existing problems in this area in the context of the big data era.
