屈原法治文化的當代意義

摘 要：屈原在其作品中，反復強調守“規(guī)矩”、明“法度”、循“繩墨”的法治觀念；在其政治活動中，親身經歷了擬“憲令”、出“號令”、議“國事”的法治建設過程。屈原作品及其政治活動，在立法、執(zhí)法、司法、守法方面都有體現，蘊含著獨特的法治思想，對我國當代法治建設具有歷史意義。

The Contemporary Significance of Qu Yuan’s Rule of Law Culture

Abstract：In his works，Qu Yuan repeatedly emphasizes the rule of law concepts of abiding by “rules，” clarifying “l(fā)aws and regulations，” and following “guidelines and standards”;in his political activities，he personally experienced the process of rule of law construction，including drafting “constitution，” issuing “orders，” and discussing “national affairs.” Qu Yuan’s works and political activities reflect the aspects of legislation，law enforcement，judiciary，and law-abiding，containing unique rule of law thoughts，which are of historical significance for China’s contemporary rule of law construction.
