Construction of "Extreme Depression Leads to Change" Theory and Its Clinical Application in Andrology

Abstract：Nowadays，there are numerous factors that can induce depression.When the body is constrained and unable to release this depression，it leads tostagnationof theqi movement，resulting in impaired consolidation， warmth，and activity.Thisisasignificantcauseof andrologicaldiseasesrelated totheseminalvesicles，which are characterizedby prolongedcourses and dificultyinachieving acure.Inspired bythe discussionof "depression-induced diseases" inthe Dan Xi XinFa（Teachingsof Dan-xi），the author proposes thetheoryof "extreme depressionleads to change."This theory addresses thedirect and indirectdamages caused bydepression intheoccurrenceof seminal vesicle diseases，whetherthe diseases lead to depression，depresion leads todiseases，or both coexist.It mainly elucidates the relationship between depressionand andrological seminal vesiclediseases.Guided bythe "extreme depresion leads tochange"theoryinclinical treatment，itisessential toestablishtheprincipleofrelievingdepressionfromtheviscera andbowels，primarily establish the therapeutic principle of eliminating excess pathogens without harming the body's healthy qi，and ensuring unblocking as the optimal mehtod.This provides areference for treating such diseases fromthe perspective of depression syndrome.
