Analysis on Medication Rules of Chinese Medicine for Globus Hystericus Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective：To discussthe medication rules of Chinese medicine for globus hystericus based on data mining.Methods：The literature from 2OOO to 2O23on the treatmentof globus hystericus by Chinese medicine in database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）was searched.Microsoft Ofice Excel2O1O software was used for the statistics of the frequency，nature and flavor，meridian entriesand efects of Chinese medicinals.IBM SPSS Statistics25.0 software wasusedforthe cluster analysis，and IBM SPSS Modeler18.Osoftware fortheassociation rule analysis.Results：A total of 62 articles met the inclusion criteria，involving 155 Chinese medicinals.Among them，45 Chinese medicinals were used for more than six times，and the top four are Pineliae Rhizoma，Poria， MagnoliaeOficinalis Cortexand Glycyrrhizae Radix etRhizoma.The Chinesemedicinalsare mainly warmand neutral in nature，and mainly swet，acrid and biterinflavor withthe main meridian entries of thelung，spleenand liver.They are mainlyused forregulating qi，disolving phlegm，easing cough andrelieving panting，clearing heat，and tonifying deficiency.Acording tothe associationrule analysis，the pairwise association between Pinellie Rhizoma and Poria demonstrated the highest support，and thetriple association among Magnoliae Oficinalis Cortex，Poria and Pineliae Rhizoma had the highest support.Highly used（ ? 15 times）Chinese medicinals were clustered into four categories. Conclusion：Globus hystericus is mainly caused byqi disfunction and phlegm retention，and the Chinese medicinals for qi-regulating and phlegm-disslving，cough-easing and panting-relieving are the main medications.In clinical practice，the compatibility of Magnoliae Oficinalis Cortex-Poria-Pinelliae Rhizoma can be considered.
