Abstract：Diabetic fot isa severe complication of diabetes，characterized by itschronicityand diffculty in healing，and can lead to amputation or even death in its terminalstage.This paper，based on thetheoryof "cold afecting in the evening"from JinGuiYaoLue（Essentials fromthe Golden Cabinet），proposes that the etiological factorsof diabetic footarerelated tothecold pathogen in nature.Thepathogenesis lies inthecold pathogen injuring the nutrient qi，obstructing the blood vessels，and exacerbating during the winter，evening，and midnight when the cold pathogen is most prevalent.The treatment involves the useof Chinese medicinals of warming yang，dispersing cold， activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis，and harmonizingqiand blood.Itaddresss both the symptoms and the root cause，and provides early intervention for diabetic foot in a personalized and timely manner.
